  • A beautiful black rustic ceramic bowl which has been etched to reveal a hare and flowers.

This hand built rustic ceramic bowl was painted with black slip and then using the sgraffito technique the design was etched into the clay, to produce a hare in a countryside setting. The outside of the bowl is decorated with leaping Hares and flowers.  

This bowl has been hand built and not thrown on the pottery wheel, therefore the rim of the pot is not totally flat but is more rustic.
